"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Pool and hot tub were excellent. The hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and had a lot of options including hot food. We brought our dog along and there was a nice grass area with a picnic table at the side of the parking lot also a big grassy open area at the back of the parking lot as well. Highly recommended!!"

"Paid extra for 2 queen beds room and got a king size bed room. Staff was unable to accommodate me because they stated they were “fully booked”. No offer was made to reimburse me or any other option was given to make up for their mistake. In fact, staff over the phone seemed not to care much about the complaint being brought up to her attention and brushed me off the phone. Also, found several bugs/insects crawling on the floor. House keeping came knocking on the door at 8am ready to clean the...

"Location is very convenient for our bi-annual convention visit to the York area.
That said, while the staff seems to be trying hard, it is hard to cover up a very well worn hotel.
Gouges in public hallways, patched walls, filthy carpets in common areas,
TV problems, etc
Just plain shabby"
