"I had my DoorDash order taken by another guest from outside my room. By the time the staff reviewed the cameras and figured out what room they were in, they had eaten nearly all the food. The hotel did reimburse me back the cost of the DoorDash order. Thank you. 😊"

"Check in and check out were easy by using the link provided. The whirlpool had distinct water line ring & hair in the bottom. The ice bucket had black mold around the ring at the top. The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming."

"This place is absolutely disgusting . Trash and garbage everywhere. The stench coming from our room was so bad even after housekeeping was done cleaning that we could not even enter the room. There is no elevator and the surrounding areas are unsafe. The property looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. We left and never even stayed . DO NOT STAY HERE"

"Reasonably clean. Lights in my room didn’t work. Most outlets didn’t work. Only bedside lamps were operational. Staff delivered a pedestal lamp with a dim bulb late in the night after raising issue with front desk 5 times. Breakfast was ok. I will avoid this particular property in the future. Maybe other properties under the hotel brand might be ok so I cannot comment on that."
