"Ferdinand was an amazing host!!! He checked in with us prior to arrival, shared the best suggestion on logistics to enter, welcomed us with a warm hello and helped us with our bags. The room was clean, new and nestled in the heart of the town. We definitely recommend this true gem. Thank you Nero Rooms family! We hope to be back again!"

"This location is perfect. Just outside of the B&B are tons of restaurants, stores and entertainment areas. Everything was walking distance. The room itself was impeccable, clean and comfortable. The host offered multiple snacks and a mini fridge. She was accommodating of our late arrival and even helped us carry the luggage up the stairs! She also recommended a couple of dinner spots and put us in contact with a taxi service. My only complaint is the stairs. Be prepared to carry luggage up...

"3泊しましたが、部屋が広く清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができました。バス停からは少し歩きますが、メインストリートまで近く、毎日ご飯や観光に困ることはなかったです。そして何よりスタッフの方々にお礼を言いたいです。今回カターニア空港でロストバゲージになってしまい、現地の空港や運送会社とのコミュニケーションがうまく取れない中、スタッフの方が毎日電話で連絡して下さり無事荷物を受け取ることができました。本当にありがとうございました。ホスピタリティとサービスがとても良く、またタオルミーナを訪れた際はお世話になりたい宿です。"
