"My husband and I along with our service dog spent 5 days at this lovely hotel. It felt like home. The hotel is new and spotless and in a great location with free car charging stations that we used nightly. The staff was amazing. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We used the laundry and it was quick and clean. The free breakfast was always fresh with many choices. We also enjoyed the bar area and invited a couple friends to join us after dinner. We would highly recommend this hotel...

"The room was clean and well appointed, with plenty of towels, toiletries, and pillows. The location in Walkerville was really a bonus, as it is in walking distance to shopping, bars, and restaurants. When we're in the area again, we'll stay there again, if they have any vacancies, "

"We always stay here when we come to Windsor. We have eaten at the Riverside restaurant several times for dinner and breakfast and the food is excellent as usual and priced well. The staff at the restaurant and front desk are friendly and helpful. The hotel and restaurant are clean and well maintained. The only thing we found this time was that the bathroom sink was very slow in draining."

"This was an excellent place to stay. The staff and manager were down to earth and were very helpful. The bed was plenty comfortable. Standard breakfast, but great! Coffee was also decent. My room had a couch and it was way comfy to sit in. Room was quiet, but the heating/cooling unit was like a whole forced air system just for the room. While it was in good working order, it wasn't quiet. But it was easy to adjust the temperature and could make a consistent fan sound for sleep. Everything...

"Average breakfast. Surely can be better. Good cleanliness. The office chair in my room was ripped. The checkout time was 11 and at 11:10 I get a call from the receptionist to remind me to checkout. This has never happened to me before. When I said I will take 15 minutes more, her reaction was as if I said 15 hours. Quite disappointing experience."
