"Just a regular old style motel thats been brought back to life. Nice place for the price for a nights stay. Regular breakfast that was good. Not the best place to get in our out of off route 66 right next to I40 but made it work. Great shower pressure and instant hot water all the time we used it. Overall good place."

They tell me it's not a bad bug, but sure looked like it today. Replace the room, put me into a second room that had what appeared to be bodily fluids on the sheet. Mattress was full of hair. "The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!"

"I loved the room with the bunk beds, itt gave the kids their own space. Having all the pools was a great experience. I personally enjoyed the children’s slide with my neice. I’m somewhat short so the tub was so high you almost need a step stool to get in so be very careful getting out, you might fall. If you turn off the light at the door then you can’t turn the bathroom light."

"Location was great and within walking distance from the Main Street without having to worry about loud foot traffic. All other public parking is $20 so it’s nice to be able to just walk. Pool was fun and clean. Outside pool was a bonus too."

"The breakfast was great, the rooms were great and the pool area was great. We stayed at the resort for a week and drank at their bar daily and ate at their restaurant twice. We were traveling with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The one night we brought dinner in and wanted to eat outside by the pool as we had seen other families doing so. We were told that we were not allowed to bring outside food out by the pool and had to eat in the lobby."
