"We got charged when we checked in because of our pet. We called to confirm that they knew we were bringing an animal because there was no way to input that on the website. And during the confirmation call they said nothing about an additional charge for our pet. We had already paid 1100 before the pet charge. Staff was upset when asked about rags and towels for the pool and room. They were also upset we asked for a do not disturb sign for the housekeeper to know about our pet. The room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and smelled sour and like cigarettes. The room windows also did not lock on the first floor. They also stated on the website and in the confirmation email there would be a game system to play and WiFi and we didn’t receive both. The bed had a completely broken frame and the bed was lopsided."
