"Only 6 months old lots to iron out. Room was adequate like a tiny NYC apartment. Clean efficient. Couple of bottles of water would have been nice. Great shower and bath amenities well supplied. Kitchen not opened yet. Bar not well stocked and had to complain as someone else’s bar bill was put on my room. Oops. Location was perfect. I would stay again because I think things will open and staff will become experienced. "

"Inside of the Hotel looks clean. Their security is very tight within the hotel. Only that parking fee is somehow expensive for a night."

"This is a 10 out of 10 and an affordable hotel especially in the bronx. The train station is 2 blocks away to go to the city and a bus stop as well. Public transportation is accessible. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt when i 1st booked i was hesitant to go to the bronx. I'm SO GLAD I did it's sooooooo affordable i wish I've known about this hotel earlier on. I was staying in Manhattan and my gosh it was so expensive but this place rooms are spacious, clean, microwave and fridge...

"The staff was very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained everything so that I didn’t worry. They even went so far as looking for matches to help me light my daughter’s birthday candles. We will return and plan to visit Aloft Hotels in the future."

"Great location to stay for Phish NYE @MSG! Quiet, good location near restaurants & short walk to 2 subway locations. Back of hotel parking looked sketchy, train right out back, but had a view of it from our room & can't really complain about free parking here! Nice view. Not much for amenities, but didn't come for that :) "

"It's mid-March, so didn't need it. Arthur was polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine, there were bikes and scooters avaliable for rent to do more extensive roaming."

"Great location if You’re on a touristy swing. The bar and restaurant are super popular for HH so plan accordingly and reserve. Really cute and spacious rooms"
