"Property needs an over haul. You get what you pay for!"

"Booked a two queen room for 3 people. When we got there we were given a King suite. Management blamed it on Expedia and vice versa. Management didn't seem to care otherwise as the hotel was full. To be fair Expedia was equally as useless. The room smelt, most surfaces looked like they were wiped down by a dirty wet rag and left to air dry. The mattress on the pull couch that we were forced to use was pathetic. The pull out bed came with no bedding or pillows. The room was booked for three people...

"No microwave in my room the refrigerator didn't work so the food I bought I had to throw away including my daughters formula. No cribs or cot that were mentioned online hot tub out of service and breakfast was a piece of fruit!!"

"This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I feel robbed that I had to pay for it. The room smelled, everything inside the room was broken. I’m still hoping I don’t catch anything from my stay."

"We spent the night with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. From checking in to checking out the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff especially the twin bartenders provided fabulous service and we’re very friendly. All the food was great and we enjoyed our time listening to the band at night. We will definitely make this an annual event. Thank you."

"The water taps did not work.you had to force it to open.the shower tap was not any better The floors were never washed. Maybe vacuumed but that’s it The curtains were broken. The entrance door had to be forced to open. Unfortunately we could not cancel without losing our deposit. We would never stay again in this location"

"Some of the lights in the bathroom were not working, the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and I had to have my room keys activated 4 different times. Will find a different place to stay next time"

"Great location off I90! Lots of space in lobby to gather with friends and family. Loved the big screen in lobby where we could watch FIFA games. Felt our room was dark so it needed better or more lighting."

"The parking lot was being repaved. Parking was *really* far from the property which made bringing in all of our luggage etc. difficult. Additionally, they were paving when we got there (approx. 5pm) and were still going after ten pm. Looked like a ten year old was driving the paver (my kiddos observed this - I looked and agreed!). I get they have to pave but lot was steaming and guys were yelling at a family for walking on the pavement. Elevators were not working at one point and everyone was...

"The positive: an incredible view of Lake Erie, if your room is on the north side. The negative: listening to Bayfront Parkway all night, as well as the rock band at the Sloppy Duck across the street."

"Our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast room was well stocked and we were invited to help ourselves to snacks anytime. The staff was helpful and personable. We only had occasion to stay one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we had reason to be in the area."
