We're two weeks into a four week road trip and this was at the top end of properties in this price range. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. "Absolutely unacceptable experience at WoodSpring Suites Clarksville. I called ahead days in advance and spoke with management (Whitney, Assistant General Manager) to inform them I would be arriving late. I was clearly told that late check-in would not be an issue and that staff would be available. I arrived shortly after 3:00 AM and was completely locked out of the building. I repeatedly used the after-hours phone (dialing 500 as instructed), but the line stayed busy and never connected....

"The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Only things not quite what I hoped were the following: The parking lot is extremely tight, particularly trying to get out of the lot. This is especially true if you have a large SUV or crew cab truck. I wish they offered the ability to stream Netflix etc., versus having to watch live cable. Other than those two things, the hotel was very nice. Great location and beds were comfortable. "
