"The staff really shine in this place. Excellent, friendly, helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were nice. The facility shows its age. There were some minor plumbing issues (shower drain backed up and toilet wouldn't flush easily). The staff responded quickly to our requests for help, but I don't think the problems were actually solved. I'd stay here again."

"Situated in a great location, the apartments were spotlessly clean & fully stocked. The added extras like fresh milk & fruit juice in the fridge & bread & eggs available from reception were a lovely added bonus. The honesty bar also worked very well. All the staff were very professional & helpful. If in Leeds again, will definitely stay here & would highly recommend."

"The second time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Conveniently situated in walking distance of the city centre and train station. The rooms are wonderfully spacious and clean and the staff are wonderful and a real asset. We parked in the Q park which is just round the corner, a 2 minute walk at most and the hotel offer a discount on parking there. We had breakfast both mornings and there is plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Loved our 2 night stay and cant wait for the next one."

"Breakfast was cooked fresh & good. Staff were excellent. Treated my elderly Mum like the Queen she is. Bag drop off & disabled parking all excellent. Easily walk into town. Bar small but good. Managed to fit us all in to watch England play! Great place to stay, staff make you feel as if you are the only people there. "

"Excellent experience - the attention to detail is outstanding; high quality lighting, aircon, fixtures and fittings. Free milk, water, breakfast cereal, excellent beds and zero noise from other rooms or corridors. I have stayed in all the main hotels in Leeds and this is by far the best in a great central location."

"Great location right next to the train station and not far to walk to shops and restaurans. Friendly staff. Room is spacious and was ideal as it had a fridge and air con and the temp was 30 degrees outside so we got to go back and relax in the room with the air con. Stayed here a few times now and would highly recommend."
