No one would visit me because of where I was staying. Hotels.com has dropped in quality when you merged. I used to get a free room every 10 stays. Now I get $1 here or there. Clearly I’m moving to another hotel app."

"I stayed for a week because I had a funeral to attend and the property was near the family's home. The manager says he doesn't rent that suite because he uses every now and then. Seemed clean at first. Later that night I noticed there was pubic hair and poop on the toilet, behind the seat and under the lid. I had disinfecting wipes and the office was closed, so I had to clean it myself. The bathtub had cigarette burns and some of the paint inside the tub was chipped. The walls of the tub was...
