Nice and clean rooms, hotel staff is wonderful, the restaurant staff is also very nice and friendly. Located on a busy street but in a nice neighborhood close to many different options for dining.

En general la ubicación del hotel me pareció perfecta para los planes que tenía en la Ciudad. La habitación fue justo lo que se menciona, muy amplia, con los servicios necesarios para una estadía larga. La cama fue lo mejor, muy cómoda. También el personal del hotel muy amables y muy atentos para responder las dudas. Volvería sin dudarlo a este hotel.

Everything was great except for the noise from the karaoke bar and the 24-hour restaurant downstairs. The music was extremely loud and could be heard clearly from my room, making it difficult to sleep. I stayed in Room 201 and had to contact the front desk personally to complain. Unfortunately, I experienced several sleepless nights. The location is convenient, the staff is friendly, and the neighborhood feels safe. However, I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor, toward the back of the hotel, and away from the main street. I would not recommend Room 201.

The property is in front a avenue the noise is light but on weekend there is open LP music bar from the 60 and 70 spanish music that the people inside singing louder. They finish at 2am to 4.

Overall, this hotel offers one of the best deals in Laureles, Medellín. For a very reasonable rate , you get a room with a small kitchen and a nice size bathroom. It's a new hotel. The location is close to supermarkets and pharmacies... There is even a 24-hour urgent care next door. They provide laundry service at a reasonable cost , less than a dollar per pound of laundry. They do charge about $20 if you have a visitor come to your room. The only main issue is a nightclub that is next door... During the evenings of Thursday through Sunday the whole hotel is vibrating from 9pm to about 2am. If you have to wake up early during the weekends, then this could be a problem. The hotel is going to have to negotiate some kind of compromise with the nightclub next door. The speakers at the club are quite powerful. However, during the day the room is very quiet... You can sleep late in the morning without any problem. The quietest rooms are the ones facing towards the back, away from avenida 33. Also, I think the hotel has to do a better job of mopping and sweeping the tile floor of the rooms. They were quite dusty and full of lint. Overall , compared to other hotels in Laurelis you get a great deal. The rooms are quite big...plenty of closet space. You get a basic kitchen with a fridge and a microwave and a stove top with two burners (there is no oven). Highly recommend.
