We had a wonderful stay at Soul Apartments. The staff was very kind and helpfull. We got a nice upgrade when we asked for a better view from the balcony. The rooms very spacious and modern. The property is very clean. Nice neigbourhood and close to restaurants and supermarket . A special thanks to Diego at the front office who went the extra mile for us whenever needed.

Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood with grocery store nearby and felt safe to walk around. Room was nice and had everything we needed. Only issue was that the TV’s couldn’t connect to the wifi and therefore didn’t work. Rooftop pool and gym were nice to hang out at.

The property is located in Poblado which is a quiet and upscale neighborhood in Medellín. There is a small shopping center within a five minute walk which has restaurants, barbers, and a Carulla grocery store with a pharmacy. You can take a five minute taxi ride, or it’s a 25 minute walk to the larger Santa Fe Shopping Center which has everything you would need in one location. The property was well maintained, very clean, English speaking staff on site, as well as a small restaurant. The locks on the doors are a cypher lock but there is also a deadbolt which can be locked from the inside of the room. Laundry detergent was provided for the washing machine with a drying rack inside the closet. There is no dishwasher so be prepared to manually wash your dishes. The accommodation was very comfortable and cleaning service are available daily if you request them. There is also a secured parking lot on site if you have a rental car however there are not many spaces available. Overall, I would stay there again and the staff is very friendly, available to answer questions about the area and will take care of any issues which may come up. I had an issue with the television in the living room but it was promptly fixed the next day. The well maintained gym, pool, and jacuzzi are located on the roof. The view of the immediate area is excellent for photos and also a great panoramic photo as well. If you’re looking for apartment style living, this is a quiet place to stay.

My stay at the hotel was excellent from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The facilities were spotless, modern, and well maintained, which made my visit very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed to rest after a day exploring the city. The view and the quiet atmosphere were an added bonus. I also want to highlight the breakfast, which was very complete and offered a variety of fresh, local options. The hotel’s location is perfect: safe, central, and with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and several of Medellín’s main attractions. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city

Our stay at this appartement was excellent!!! The building offers a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, and a game room. Imagine yourself relaxing in the jacuzzi or taking a swim in the pool, all while enjoying a stunning view. The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, an additional bathroom, and a balcony with a lovely view. We stayed on the 8th floor, which provided an excellent perspective of the surroundings. Service was outstanding — Alejandro was extremely helpful both at check-in and throughout our stay. This place was beautiful! It was in a great location. Close to great shops, food and nightlife. The view from the top floor pool was stunning. Make sure you go up there before you leave! The rooms were spacious and clean! Valentina at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and reliable. Would absolutely visit Soul again!
