"We were very disappointed with the breakfast. There was no milk for the cereal. Someone eventually brought milk but it was after we had eaten. Hot trays had very little food. Bread and buns were past the due date but possibly frozen beforehand. Very little food left and we were there before 9:00."

"We paid online...When we arrived they told us the pool in the hotel wasnt working..it was under renovation .The room we received,.hottub/soaker tub wasnt working...the bathroom was dirty the curtains didnt cover the window...There was flies in the room.This was the worst place ive been to.I dont know how it passes inspection"

"We stay here once a year. It's always nice because the staff are good and very pet friendly! We had a few problems with our keys not working so it was a pain to have to go back to get them reset. Kids love the waterslides. Breakfast is always good! The breakfast staff are the best. Rooms do need an update but they keep their prices low and so we can't expect extravagant spaces."
