"we had a 1BR suite and the rooms were amazing including a gorgeous view of the Burj Al Arab. The breakfast at Besh (included in our stay) was wonderful with a variety of foods offered from around the world. The staff was very kind, patient and also just overall it was a great experience to be at this hotel. Proximity to the mall of the emirates (internally connected) was another plus to the location of the hotel. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel, especially for a stay with family!"

"Absolute gem of a find! The location is pristine. 10 minutes walk from the metro and the Mall of Emirates. The place is also littered with eateries and gift shops. The hotel staff are also very friendly and cleanliness is top notch. Highly recommend! "

"The reservation was for 3 people but the room was small and Mansoor helped upgrade us to a suite with no extra charge. He went out of his way to accommodate us and we are very thankful to him. He was amazing. So was the rest of the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. "
