"Well, there are pros and cons for this place. The big pro is it’s literally just right on the beach. Great outdoor chairs, hammocks, loungers and picnic tables. The size of our 2 bedroom rental was good for our family of 5. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Cons: the unit was very shabby, large cracks in floorboards in main bedroom and in bathroom. "Had to move rooms for live roaches - saw 5 in the first few minutes. From desk employee acknowledged their was a pest problem and moved us to another floor. "

There's a little grocery store a short walking distance from the hotel. I was able to get some healthy snacks. I thought that the breakfast was very good. I did rather miss complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby as some hotels have this. For some reason the shower leaked out the door, so we had to sop up water after showers. "Great location directly on the beach. Nice pool and beach access. Rooms seem recently updated. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels (beach and bath). Staff was very friendly and responsive. One thing that could improve our stay would be some sort of shower caddy or shelf. There was no spot in the shower for shampoo/soap. Overall a great spot and we would stay again."
