"The gentleman working the night shift was excellent! Very nice, personable, and helpful. We had an issue with the pullout sofa bed having a bent bar so we couldn't get the bed to lay down properly or go back into the couch. We were able to make it work otherwise he was going to get us a different room. After getting that resolved, I realized we only had a pillow and no blanket or sheets for the sofa bed, so I had to go back down again. He was able to quickly get me everything I needed. Mind...

"While the staff was nice. We did have one too many issues. We were given the wrong room at check in and couldn't get into the room we paid for until 2 days later. Then our room was cleaned only once and that was after we talked to staff. While we understand that these hotels are designed to only be cleaned every other day, only clean it once in a 9 night stay is ridiculous."
