"Recently updated everything felt new and clean. We had a King on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. There was a separate bedroom with a separate thermostat for the bedroom and the living area, something not often found in similar hotels. The room was super spacious with a well appointed kitchen area including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The rate for this room was very reasonable and worth every dime. "It's a nice boutique guesthouse with personality. We stayed in apartment 5, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linen, towels and toiletries. No complains with the kitchen. Excellent location, few steps from the beach. Safe and easy parking. The attention from the staff was outstanding. The AC made some weird noises, but we got used to them. I’d recommend it if you look for comfort, safety, and cleanliness without demanding luxury. "

"We stayed for a night before and after our cruise.the first night was on second floor with a musty smell and no sheets or pillows for soga bed. When we returned we were on the top floor it was fresh and clean and great staff. Based on that it is a great little inexpensive hotel. Good location but the town closes down around 8pm. Make sure to get an upper floor."

"This was true old florida! What a remarkable stay with a treasureful of sweet surprises in how attentive and calming this resort is. "We are Hilton Honors members and usually stay at the Hilton's. I chose this comfort suites to try to save a dollar as things are tough right now. I was worried I would have an instant regret, but actually had instant satisfaction. Early check-in. Clean cool room. Amenities were great. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. I visit Palm Bay quite often so this for now will be my new go to a place."
