"Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. The A/C in the room was not working properly, making it very difficult to sleep. We also heard from other guests that they had the same issue. The mattress was uncomfortable, and having stayed in many hotels, we can confidently say this did not meet basic comfort expectations.
