"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. "This is a beautiful hotel set in the heart of the old town. From arrival to departure, every aspect of our stay was handled effortlessly. From the sun hats in our room to the sun cream on the roof terrace, everything had been thought through to ensure a very easy, restful stay. "The hotel is fine - I would struggle to say 5 star. The pool is nice but by a busy road and the terrace is lovely with great views over the port. We booked a cathedral view room but there was a massive palm tree in the way as we were on the 1st floor. However, there is no free water in the room - you have to use the mini bar at €5 per bottle. Our room was not serviced in the morning when we were out. When it was eventually serviced after I called the maid barged passed us as we were trying...
