"The best hotel hands down. The front desk staff simply are the best. I had left my cell phone in an uber. The front desk person not only helped me called the driver, he even helped the guy navigate to the hotel during the busiest festival

"Overall the hotel is great, clean, friendly staff, perfect location right in the center. Walking distance to everything. The only thing I didn't like, being a VIP member we are supposed to get a room upgrade when available, but instead they tried to upsell us rooms for additional 50 euros per night, when we declined, another elderly couple arrived from Australia, and they upsold them that room for 80 euro per night. Anyways, the hotel it self is good, clean and great location."

"Sofia in the breakfast area, was the absolute best part of my stay. I was only there one night, but she took amazingly good care of me. She made sure I had something to eat and drink while I waited to check-in. She told me the second my room was available to check-in to and even took my bags to my room. I absolutely love Sofia and hope this hotel knows what a treasure she is.
