"Cleanliness was great! Staff was kind and attentive. Room service from the restaurant was AMAZING service, quality and taste! Loved how spacious the room was. The mattress was AMAZING. Unfortunately, there was no hody wash, the bathroom was SUPER small for the price and room, and there was only the tinest niche in the shower wall to set items and they fell out over and over and over… toilet lid and shower door SLAMMED shockingly loud (especially shower) if you did not take the time to slowly...

"Our stay at the Comfort Inn Cuyahoga Falls was average. All of the staff and people at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The lady working in the breakfast area in the morning was doing an outstanding job keeping up. The hotel itself and the rooms are not new and showing some age. Our room had a very bad smell- kind of like wet towels. There was a pool party happening while we were there, so kids were everywhere and playing on the staircase every time we went up or down. "Lobby and staff are excellent super nice and accommodating. Lobby is updated to where you’d think the rooms would match. Room had loose tiles in the bathroom and hard water stains around the floor and shower grout. Also advise cleaning staff to clean behind the bathroom door. Many hairs and dust. Simple fix."

We always look for a hotel which includes breakfast — the breakfast here was one of the best we’ve had! There was a large variety of meal options: eggs with potatoes & bacon, yogurt with fresh fruit & granola, oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh baked scones and fresh fruit— including cut up grapefruit, strawberries and grapes. "Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."
