"Our stay was a disaster. It started off well when we received a free room upgrade. I was so excited when I saw the huge soaking tub, only to find out when I went to take a bath that there was no plug. I called down to the front desk, but they said they didn't have one for me. Since I hadn't been expecting the tub in the first place, I didn't feel like I could be too upset about there not being a plug. However, when I went to take a shower instead, there was a hair at the bottom of the shower....

"Rooms were clean and well stocked, had more storage than any hotel I’ve been in. The breakfast was ok, but it complimentary so can’t complain. Parking was close and well lit. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Kent State which is what we were there for."

"It was nice to enter a clean room and have Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap -- it smells good. In addition, the towels had a more fresh smell instead of the typical hotel towel smell (if you know what I mean)???"

"Be aware if you are coming back late, parking was bad. I found the last spot available in a corner behind the hotel in a poorly lit area. Thank goodness there was a car dealership next door that helped light up the parking lot. When we got there, a car was parked under the roof at the front door, and another car was parked almost in front of the garbage dumpster. Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was ok both days, TV skipped the entire time we were there."

"Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests. Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall. Woman on the staff handling breakfast was very friendly and helpful."

"The property was good. When we arrived at 5:43 pm and had a reservation. The room was not ready even though check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. There were several people waiting. They did offer free breakfast to make up for it but we don't eat breakfast. We were headed to a concert at Blossom music festival and needed to get ready so was very disappointed in that. "This was our return trip on this vacation. Our second stay at this hotel in one week. Due to the inconvenience of a buzzing in the smoke alarm in our room, the staff upgraded our room for this return trip. The room was very nice, as expected due to our previous experience here. Here. Pool was enjoyable, The breakfast was good. Again, I only give a breakfast and excellent if it includes biscuits and gravy. "Great staff! Great price! Clean rooms!"

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."
