"Cleanliness was great! Staff was kind and attentive. Room service from the restaurant was AMAZING service, quality and taste! Loved how spacious the room was. The mattress was AMAZING. Unfortunately, there was no hody wash, the bathroom was SUPER small for the price and room, and there was only the tinest niche in the shower wall to set items and they fell out over and over and over… toilet lid and shower door SLAMMED shockingly loud (especially shower) if you did not take the time to slowly...

"The rooms were very small . If you are wanting to pay extra for a nicer room with a Jacuzzi don't do it. It's not worth it. . I've stayed in better hotels for half of the price and I've traveled from East Coast to the west coast."

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"Our stay at the Comfort Inn Cuyahoga Falls was average. All of the staff and people at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The lady working in the breakfast area in the morning was doing an outstanding job keeping up. The hotel itself and the rooms are not new and showing some age. Our room had a very bad smell- kind of like wet towels. There was a pool party happening while we were there, so kids were everywhere and playing on the staircase every time we went up or down. "This property was an excellent choice for our stay. The Front Desk staff were so friendly and courteous. The lady who set out the breakfast did a fantastic job making sure everything was stocked, and she made sure it was kept clean. Truly enjoyed out stay. Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express in Streetsboro, Ohio. It was a really nice and very clean property."

" Everything about this place was excellent. The suite was spacious and clean. The amenities were all eco- friendly. We always look for a hotel which includes breakfast — the breakfast here was one of the best we’ve had! There was a large variety of meal options: eggs with potatoes & bacon, yogurt with fresh fruit & granola, oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh baked scones and fresh fruit— including cut up grapefruit, strawberries and grapes.
