"The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about. The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay. But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Harmony House. I was very thankful to have the option to check in early since I am traveling and had two dogs with me. We loved the putt putt area for sure! Although my dogs were unsettled for about an hour, everyone was patient, understanding and communicated the issue promptly ( pups are getting used to traveling as well.) I hope we are able to stay again sometime, without the pets and really appreciate all the Harmony House has to offer. "

"We were very disappointed on the experience. First, trying to contact the hotel ahead of time is a frustrating experience with automated phone systems and ai. When we got to the room, and went to bed, we found women’s underwear still in the bedding. The restaurants and bars on the property are average food and average service for the price. The furniture is a bit run down. This place was way too much for what you get. And the cleanliness was disgusting."

"Staff could be better, arrived at the hotel to find the room at 80 temp. When I called the front desk, I was told that the maintenance person would not be back at work till 8 am the next morning. They didn’t not offer to move me till I asked. When I asked what room would I be moving to, the person at the front desk told me “ when you come to the desk I’ll tell you “. The. Proceeded to hang up on me."

"We stayed over a weekend where there were multiple youth sports going on. The amount of noise in the hallway at night with kids being allowed to run around, up until about 2am, was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. When we complained to the staff, we got a one-hour later check out as a "comp." We literally did not sleep the entire 3 nights we stayed. These kids were also allowed to do whatever they wanted to in the lobby and on the elevators as staff just watched. They were sliding...

"I stayed a Friday and Saturday night. The room was clean and comfortable but the noise from outside was difficult for me. I recommend bringing ear plugs for people who are noise sensitive. The hotel is near a busy highway as well as train tracks that are still in operation. That isn't a dig at the hotel, just a fact. Also, for those who wonder, the parking in the adjacent garage is $40/night. Wish someone had told me that when I called to inquire about parking. Other than the noise, I had...
