"When I stopped to check in, there was a terrible thunderstorm and the electricity had gone out. As customers started to stack up, Nathan, the night manager, was doing his best going back and forth with IT to get the computers up and running so he could get us all checked it. Took about an hour and once we were assigned rooms, he realized that the room card reader was not working, He had to take us up one at a time and open our doors, then later deliver keys. Through all this he maintained his professional and calming demeanor, never a cross word. He was truly the hero of a pretty miserable evening, Thank you Nathan,"
