"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff who were very willing to help. Very convenient the train and shopping without having to encounter bad weather. Room was lovely, quiet and comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom and the bathing treats were appreciated. Would highly recommended "
"I booked a corner suite on a high floor, the view was nice, clean and spacious. There is plenty of areas to plug in charging receptacles. The front terrace of the hotel was well kept there was no snow despite heavy snowfall. Amenities were in the front desk which included a wide variety of teas, a 5 step facial cleaner, razor for shaving, and hair ties. Breakfast is buffet style with a wide variety of food options which I found to be the highlight of the hotel. Bathroom is very nice and spacious although one problem I ran in to was the water in the shower would run hot then turn luke warm and back to hot. Minor inconvenience. Maybe a bit of walk from the station in the snow. Overall a good option of hotel to stay in Sapporo."
"Amazing stay at a very clean, pleasant and convenient location. The staff were quite friendly and professional. All encounters with the staff demonstrated a pleasant interaction and staff happy to answer questions and assist.
The room was immaculate with plenty of amenities. The breakfast was amazing. Ultimately our stay was so pleasant we are returning to stay on our return trip. "
"Our favorite hotel in Sapporo!
Room: We booked the Classy King room for 2 people and it was spacious and clean! We were very happy with the amenities and features in the room.
Lounge: Classy rooms include access to their lounge which has coffee/tea and desserts throughout the day. It's a good space to relax or catch on up some work.
Dining: The salmon flakes set was delicious and breakfast buffet was tasty with a wide array of fresh food.
Location: The hotel is directly attached to Sapporo Station near exit 9, very convenient during the winter when it's too cold to walk outside."
