Our mini apartment was SO clean. we had a slow shower drain a few days into our stay and they were responsive within 30 min and a plumber was offered that afternoon or next morning per our choice. Was fixed when we were out and it was like nothing ever happened. Even the basement laundry room was SO clean/tidy/laundry soap offered.
