"We stayed for 1 night to be on the Elizabeth line to get to Heathrow on the tube. Super easy walk through the mall to catch the tube. Did not interact with any staff as the digital key worked flawlessly. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Nespresso machine and other good coffee/tea options. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium. Tube and buses go everywhere. Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs."

"Clean, comfortable and lovely room. Close to underground and overground trains."

"Room was hotter than the sun on arrival due to heated towel rail being stuck on full blast and controls not working. Shower sprayed more water directly upwards and across the bathroom than downwards, and toilet wouldn’t flush. A wonderful building, with clean rooms but clearly a lack of maintenance."

"Great location in Shoreditch. Friendly staff who are very helpful. Breakfast was included which was great, a few different options but we went for fried eggs on toast which was very nice. Handy to have the tea and coffee making facilities as well as a fridge in our family room. Beds weren’t the most comfortable ever but they were fine for 1 night. "
