"Great location for the MOTH club which is where our event was. Room was warm and cosy. Bed was comfy and overall loved it. Such a nice welcome from the member of staff who was also working the bar. Simple, cosy place to stay. "

"Only complaint was that the shower leaked into the whole bathroom. Wall/door not properly sealed. Had to ask for extra towels to dry it up. Other than that very nice place"

"We stayed for 1 night to be on the Elizabeth line to get to Heathrow on the tube. Super easy walk through the mall to catch the tube. Did not interact with any staff as the digital key worked flawlessly. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Nespresso machine and other good coffee/tea options. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium. Tube and buses go everywhere. Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs."

"Great location in Shoreditch. Friendly staff who are very helpful. Breakfast was included which was great, a few different options but we went for fried eggs on toast which was very nice. Handy to have the tea and coffee making facilities as well as a fridge in our family room. Beds weren’t the most comfortable ever but they were fine for 1 night. "

"Despite a friendly staff, I was a little surprised to see the condition of the property. The entrance was located down a poorly lit side street (photo of side entrance area attached) and the room was above a seemingly mothballed Thai restaurant with graffiti all over it. Digital door locks were unreliable and required multiple attempts to get to even turn on to enter the codes (3 separate codes needed to eventually get into your room!) The room itself was very tired and real need of updating,...
