"We specifically booked this place for the kitchen as doing long hours and couldn’t afford to eat out all days but there was a kitchen with a coffee machine and kettle - no proper cookware as said on the listing. We also had no info on check in until we had to ring 20mins before. Additionally - we thought we had booked a private bathroom and had to then pay more for that through a bit of a dodgy WhatsApp system. We also ran out of toilet paper and was told multiple times more was being brought...

"Avoid this property rang for details of how to access the property to be told they would have to cancel my booking as there had been a leak affecting both rooms i had booked i was already on my way to London at this point so had to try and find alternative accommodation now i have to mess about trying to get refunded"

"This property is misleading and fake. We booked the property, and after arriving at the property there was no check in desk and you are unable to contact the host. After getting through to hotel.com agents, they said we need to collect keys from Aberdeen. How can you expect someone booking in a London property to collect keys from Aberdeen? The booking confirmation is also not provided until the day of your trip, which then makes it difficult to even check if it’s genuine. Avoid at all costs....

"This was such a great hotel. I stayed for a week while visiting on a business trip and was very happy with this hotel. The room is spacious and had a very confortable bed. I also appreciated the small kitchen available and all the other room amenities available. It was nice to have a laundry room on property to wash clothes before continuing on my travels. The breakfast at the hotel was great and there were so many good places to eat around the hotel. The area was very quiet at night without any...
