"We had an amazing visit, as usual!!! They told us when we checked out they had done renovations and we were the first ones Room 301!! Can not wait to visit again!!!!"

"The hotel location was excellent, on and off the highway 95. The bar closed too early, I would suggest open till at least 10:00 or 10:30PM, The Pool area was not very clearn, and should have have seats and tables, one of the local was broken( the one closer to the front dest), so I had to use the other one closer to the vending machine. The vending machine, a lot of thing were " sold out" , I succced by the 4th."

"Our stay was amazing. It was an unexpected gem. Extremely creative, comfortable, and easy to access. Not to mention, the area had its own charm. If you are doing Longwood Gardens, it’s a must. The introductions were also easy to follow. Parking was easy and the room was perfect!"

"The room itself was very clean, but the property is under construction and everything else is in disrepair. Paint peeling from the hallway walls, trash piled up outside, outdoor lights hanging by chords. We could not escape the smell of cigarette smoke, which just permeated the room. The staff was very friendly, but this did not make up for the rest of it."

"We ended up staying here because our VRBO host accidentally double booked and needed to cancel us last minute. It was frustrating, but Expedia was able to book this place for us on a busy Memorial Day / UD graduation weekend. We had two rooms - one for my husband and I and one for my Father in law. The rooms were clean. The walls are pretty thin and the first night I heard dogs and voices from other rooms. Luckily we travel with earplugs. "The room was spacious. Served our needs. They're working on modernizing. Room had some of that but needed more light. Hallway carpet needs replacing as smelled heavily of cigar. Was worth what we spent to get off the road for the evening and gentleman at the desk was friendly."

"The rooms are disgusting they don’t clean the vents they pour grout on top of grout to mask mold and rust the carpets are disgusting do not stay there. Ever"

"It was nightmare experience. 300 bucks and the room was musty/moldy. The staff is either willfully ignorant or brain damaged. Rotten bananas at the cafe No one to order breakfast from. I am a diabetic and that is equivalent to assault. The floor infront of my room 101 was physically wet and squished as I walked on it. All the worst to you people for not making this right. I guess I'll just go to the attorney generala office."

"This is an old hotel. It had been redone and worked well for us. Unfortunately, we were in room 202 which is near the elevator. Very loud when it was running. Wife did not sleep well. Hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Thank you"
