"Everything about this resort was wonderful. We stayed in the royal room and it was beautiful and spotlessly cleaned daily. The staff were brilliant, the pools had lots of options for depth and location, the breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly need and the restaurant staff at all the restaurants we visited catered for our food allergies without issue. While slightly south of Nusa Dua, a $5 taxi arranged by the concierge got us to bali collection in 10 minutes. Highly recommend...

"It is our second time staying at The Purist. My kids and I came last year and had to return on our trip this year. It is the only property we decided to repeat because 1. "Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that. Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give. However, I must say that I wasn’t too pleased with the response time. Upon check in, took 30 minutes of waiting before I finally follow up, and another 20 minutes before our luggage arrive in our room. We were offered a service of keeping our children’s milk, which was very much appreciated, but everytime we need them back, it took almost 45 minutes to deliver to our room. Overall, a decent experience."
