Hotel dekat Mercado Jamaica

"**Terrible Beds, Poor Service, and Overpriced Tours** Very disappointing experience. The mattress was extremely hard, uneven, and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep throughout my five-night stay. I reported the problem to the front desk, but the staff simply said nothing could be done. They didn't even try to help or offer a solution. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. The hotel's local tours were also priced approximately 30–40% higher than...

"The room was a nice size, very clean. Breakfast menu has a nice selection and the snacks menu was also plentiful. The highlight was the staff, everyone was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Will definitely stay again when in CDMX"

"Como siempre el standar de RIAZOR es la excelencia"

"Nice staff, clean, Location Location Location"

"We loved our room (presidential suite) and the history of the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant were amazing, breakfast was also very good. The location is very convenient for everything to do around the zocalo."

"Lovely boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. I highly recommend it if one wants a quiet refuge close to the sights in the Centro district."

"Location was great."

"Todo excelente el servicio que tienen, la limpieza en general, absolutamente todo aquí vale la pena! Amigos! Si vienen a casa rayón desde lejos, aquí lo tienen todo y está justo enfrente."

"Es una lástima que la alberca no esté climatizada porque todo lo demás es excelente, en el baño puedes necesitar donde poner o colgar cosas pero es manejable"

"This is not a 4* property, the rooms were very dated and house keeping was equally bad with the room staying dirty for 3 days"

"Nice clean simple hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Zocalo are great places to eat."

"Hot water is very slow We have to wait until 10 running water to have hit water ans shower door is not properly sealed so the water get out all the time"

"Clean room"

"Zielo Rentals was a home away from home. The availability and flexibility of the staff was great! Our room faced the street so it could be loud at times, but it all added to the experience. I would 100% be coming back in the near future. The proximity to the Zocalo and other key points of interest was a huge plus! There were plenty of shops around too. Overall a wonderful experience!!"

"This is our second stay in this hotel. Hotel is great ! Super clean and comfortable.Perfect location for Dia De La Morta celebration. Staff are friendly and welcoming too, willing to help you with anything you may need. Only one thing that needs a little attention, the bathroom towels are very stiff and rough. A little fabric softener would really help."
