Wyndham Merida
The hotel did not have electricity or air conditioning. I made another reservation within the hour at the Holiday Inn because they had electricity. Expedia never refunded my money because Expedia's customer support says that Wyndam never returned their calls.

Fiesta Americana - Merida
It is a beautiful building. Our room had a French balcony. Looks like the hotel is very old so rooms are dated and corridors very stark with no art.
