Wyndham Merida
The hotel did not have electricity or air conditioning. I made another reservation within the hour at the Holiday Inn because they had electricity. Expedia never refunded my money because Expedia's customer support says that Wyndam never returned their calls.

Gran Hotel Panamericana Merida
We had a very good stay. Clean room and staff helpful. Breakfast was varied each day with a good selection. Good location with large parking area making it easy for taxi pick ups.
