"The Rocpool is a great place to stay in Inverness. It’s walkable into town, with a little uphill climb. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room itself was very comfortable. The A/C was a huge plus since it was unusually warm during our stay. "The main property was nice but don’t be deceived. There is an outbuilding where we were placed. It was old, carpets dirty, and just not what I expected for the price we paid. The grounds are nice but this is located in the city in a neighborhood. I felt it was misrepresented. That said, their scones were good."

"The location was really central and lovely, Though the bar across the street is a bit noisy at night. It didn't bother us too much but if you're a really light sleeper it might be annoying. Check in was pretty smooth. We had the door code upon check-in but it took about 20 minutes for them to respond with our room code, which was a bit of a pain. We couldn't get into the room till 3:30pm. 30 mins after check in time. All in all we had a very comfortable stay in beautiful Inverness."
