I have stayed in a few grander historic hotels, but never felt so at home as when my son and I stayed a few mights at The Montague Inn. "Bathroom very small..."

"For the price the property was good. The only issue( and a BIG ONE) during our three day stay was the shower water was like warm at best and on the second day we had NO hot water. Several functions were in town so in the evening parking was horrible! Way to many charging stations for electric cars. I didn't see one being charged during our stay. Would I go back, NO, too many other hotels in Midland to pick from."

"Our stay was very good! It was clean, modern, and super comfortable. The location is fantastic. The staff were so kind and helpful. The only downfall for us was that the beds were not full queens, so it was a bit of a challenge to get a good nights sleep. Everything else was great!"

"We stayed for multiple days. Housekeeping comes every other day. On the day they were supposed to clean our room, they emptied the trash, replaced our towels and halfway made one bed. We asked the front desk if they could revisit our room the next day and they ignored our request."

"The staff was helpful and friendly. Having said that, I think that the owners were saving costs by skimping on the cleaning staff and budget. The hotel was not well maintained, and is in need of a good deep clean."

"Very small hotel. Right next to the road. NO Amenities. Staff did not make the bed, I did. You had to call on the phone to check in and out because there's no one there. The only benefit was that it was close to my brothers home. I would not stay here again."

"We booked what we thought was a two queen pool side room like we had two years ago. The outdoor portion of the pool is now filled in and pool side rooms no longer exist but the pics on the website and on Expedia still show the outdoor pool. A regular two queen room was at least $25 less per night than the two queen pool side we had. It’s very misleading."
