"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"The whole place was immaculate, the staff were very helpful and breakfasts were lovely, we couldn’t fault anything and would recommend it to people. A few minutes to the ferry to cross the Mersey to Liverpool, a few minutes longer to the tunnel to cross for the Isle of Man. A very short drive to New Brighton for lots of places to eat."

"Getting into car park when coming from town centre could be better signposted. Room was fine, minor lighting issues, having a fan was good as very muggy."

"Where do I start. Location is so perfect. It’s right beside Anfield, and a 20-min bus ride to the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, they have a pub downstairs, and the LFC murals are just so close by. The most important part was their staff. It’s a family-run inn, and everyone made me feel like I’m part of their family. I’m really hoping to make this a new annual tradition to stay there, watch the match at Anfield, and create more memories with them. Thank you again to Norm,...
