"My family and I travel very often, all over USA, all over South America and a couple times to Europe in the recent years. we have NEVER written a review but for this place I must. These are hard working people that treat the staff like family members, the love and humbleness is felt throughout the establishment. Suzie and Tony would go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay, Tammy and Maria were adorable, super nice, super helpful, special shoutout to Colin too (night porter) he is...

"Clean, helpful friendly staff. Secure free car park behind automatic gates If you want to discuss anything with staff before arriving I recommend you call and speak with them as the online messaging app did not seem to work. "Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"Clean room, beautiful view , everything needed for a few nights stay, breakfast was amazing with lots of cooked options, or continental, staff we're helpful and extremely friendly, overall a fantastic place to stay, with onsite free parking , will definitely stay there again"

"Hotel and staff were great , food at breakfast and dinner were great , good size portions, although we were charged different prices from what was on the dinner menus , only downside was the reception was at the bar , I think it should be separate , if the bar is busy ( which it was ) as we arrived early Saturday evening you need to wait , but overall everything was great"

"Great spot. Very quiet. Suggest you find it in daylight hours as it’s a bit tricky. Super friendly staff. Cooked breakfast would improve it."

"This victorian house is impressive. Very good location for finding solitude and peace. Hosts are very accomodating and friendly."
