Apartemen di Merthyr Tydfil

"Extremely noisy at night as it is near the University Halls of Residence. Shouting and screaming outside the window until gone 4 am. The property should advise bringing, or provide, earplugs. There were items left in the fridge from a previous occupant and the shower was not adequately cleaned. The cupboard under the sink was not properly on its hinges and stopped the fridge door from closing. The property did not supply tea towels, washing-up liquid or cleaning cloths, which is unusual...

"Fast and easy check-in, helpful staff and quick production of a VAT invoice for expenses. The apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable, with a good bed, large TV, well equipped kitchen and great shower too. Parking is very convenient and placed at the back of the building in the multi-storey car park. Local supermarket very close too. Great."

"It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay"

The bedrooms or a place to plug in if it happen to have a lightbulb. The communication was very poor, it took ages to answer messages and some went un answered. I tried calling several times but only go through on two occasions. The first time the person was helpful the other they were unable to resolve the issue. It’s a lovely place, with good amenities but...

Upon arriving with my family, I was astonished that this property is listed, especially given the condition of the surrounding area. There were garbage bags placed outside the entrance, emitting an unpleasant odor. It is unsafe for families with children to stay in such an environment. Furthermore, despite sending photographs to the property management team and requesting either a refund or an...
