"Room was large, comfortable and had everything you need for an extended stay. Contactless checkin instructions were a bit confusing but in the end I got to my room. The room was modern but could have used a deep clean. Hallways were very noisy due to a family in the neighbouring room (otherwise would probably not have been a problem). "The location was excellent for us as we wanted the museum, almost opposite, and the Conservatoire only some ten minutes walk. It was also some distance from the stadium, where a very loud concert was taking place. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Much time would have been saved if the entrance instructions had explained the main entrance is not in Park Place but in St Andrew's Place. "We were walking the wales coast path and had not factored in the demand around Cardiff for accommodation when concerts are on. "I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful."
