Apartemen di Wales

"Extremely noisy at night as it is near the University Halls of Residence. Shouting and screaming outside the window until gone 4 am. The property should advise bringing, or provide, earplugs. There were items left in the fridge from a previous occupant and the shower was not adequately cleaned. The cupboard under the sink was not properly on its hinges and stopped the fridge door from closing. The property did not supply tea towels, washing-up liquid or cleaning cloths, which is unusual...

"The bed was two single beds we didn’t know everytime we moved the bed it will separate, the car parking was shocking too not enough room to park the car nor reverse out, and checking out was early too"

"Fast and easy check-in, helpful staff and quick production of a VAT invoice for expenses. The apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable, with a good bed, large TV, well equipped kitchen and great shower too. Parking is very convenient and placed at the back of the building in the multi-storey car park. Local supermarket very close too. Great."

"It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay"

"The location off the high street Made it accessible to the local attractions and amenities. Car parking was somewhat little walk and the GPS actually directs you into BBC orchestra Entrance which totally threw me off. But once I figured the out the system for car parking.. Everything else was smooth.. With Supermarkets downstairs, the balcony was perfect for Sunrise and walk to the Bay and surrounding restaurants made it a nice and tranquil place. Would definitely stay there again!"

"I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful."
