"It was our first time in El Paso, Texas. We traveled to the BTS concert, we were happy to have a room, property felt clean, walkable, plenty of shopping centers, nearby,.
Pros: the area as a whole felt safe, and we were able to walk to Walmart and plenty of other restaurants nearby and Uber was available at all times.
Cons: our room was not clean and up to par. It lack a sense of security and cleanliness. We did have a large restroom. I believe they gave us a room for ADA accommodations.

"Such a bad night. Hotel is under renovation. Debris from work, smell, dust and loud noise from construction from 9A-6P. The pictures advertised our false advertisement during this renovation process. The reviews from people posting how wonderful the breakfast was is a lie. The worst part was there was no notification that the water would be shut off from 9 to 10 AM."

"I stayed here for one night while driving from Texas to California. Overall, I’d rate it as OK (3 out of 5 stars). The biggest positive was the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was good, with a nice selection of cereals, pastries, waffles, yogurt, juice, and fresh apples. The breakfast area seemed clean and well maintained. Parking also was easy.
