"The grounds are beautiful. The jogging trail a beaut. The little cafe is basic but good. My only complaint is that the shower curtain does not prevent water from escaping the tub. The bathroom is a little dated. Tub with shower. I prefer a walk in shower with a wand. But the grounds and buildings are from another older era. Really it's more of an inconvenience for the clean up staff as I made a puddle of water which I contained with towels. However this was one of the quietest hotels I've ever...

"The property itself is very nice and modern. Kind of posh. The service is in restaurant and roof top bar is really bad. Took almost an hour to get out mains and we were the only ones in the entire place. Server would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Sat at the downstairs bar after a show, bartender was super nice and made great drinks. Went upstairs to the rooftop bar and neither bartender knew what they were doing. Ordered the same drinks we did downstairs and they were made completely...

"The room we were given, the AC wasn't cooling. The maintenance man came up and tried to fix it, but it still wouldn't cool. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she gladly gave us another room. The second room was nice and cool and clean like the first one. It was a great experience. All employees were accommodating and very nice including the housekeepers, maintenance, bartenders and breakfast crew. We will definitely come back when we come to Dallas and highly recommend anyone...
