"Room was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and host even carried my heavy bag upstairs for me. There was nobody there when I arrived despite it being the check in hours. One thing I’ve realized after 2 weeks in Sicily is that the norm is for the hosts not to be present, so if you want more privacy and freedom that’s good. If you need lots of assistance might not be so good. But that’s been overall all over the islands. But when I arrived I had to call them and wait 5-10 minutes for them...

My husband was finally able to speak to the owner which stated that she as having issues with this property and she would put us up at her other property up the street.
