When we arrived and checked in on a Friday night for only one night. A $150.00 hold was placed on my charge card. This was in addition of the nightly charge of $150.00. I WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS AMOUNT OR TRANSACTION...We would not have stayed. This charge did not credit back till the following Friday...A WEEK..I did...

"Clean room and comfortable. One staff was unhelpful while checking in with the luggage. check out staff one was very helpful."

"The only thing positive to say about the hotel was the friendly staff. They need to tear down the hotel and start over. The hotel didn't smell fresh. In the room the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, toilet would not flush half the time, and the tub was terrible... could even take a shower because of the rust and dirt. This hotel is a NO!!!"

"Saubere Zimmer, wir hatten sogar einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, gepflegte Einrichtung. Frühstück war sehr gut, mit Ei und Speckstreifen (am nächsten Tag Würstchen). Alles ausreichend vorhanden und es wurde nachgefüllt. Wir können es ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen. Auch auf die Sicherheit ist man sehr bedacht."

"My check in process was horrible there were no rooms available I paid for a king bed 1 room and ended up with a double room! When arrived no room was available. There bugs, and bathroom door was wasn’t really cleaned! Barley saw hotel staff no where to be found!"
