"Everything was clean and orderly. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel is quiet. All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much.
The only cons were that the toilet was pretty lethargic and we had to request a plunger. I noticed that at least one other room on our floor had to do the same. And the pool was out of towels. We brought towels from our room, so it wasn't a big deal, and the desk may have provided more if notified. I'm not sure.
All of that said, I was very happy with the stay and plan to visit again soon. I'd also recommend it to anyone traveling with their family. "

"The toliet ran all night. And when I checked out the hotel charged my card $32.81 and said it was because i got reservation through Expedia and i did not and it was for the second night that i owed. I paid $222 for 2 nights. If it cast $33 more should have been notified before hand. Room was not worth it. Will never stay there again "

"The stay there was very nice it was very peaceful we stayed 3 nights and will definitely be back the pool was not open because it’s an outside pool and it’s still quite cold. The staff are very friendly and helpful in anyway they can be. They was able to help me out with anything that I needed as I had forgotten stuff at home. The rooms were very nice and clea. There was a lot of run filled things to do as this was the number one pick to vacation at there is all kids of things to do in hochatown but as we only had 3 days we spent most of the time in are room together. Loved the very big mirrors and the king size bed it was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place to spend are time we will be back next weekend "

"Towels in room where dirty and stained. Room next door had the TV on very loud. I called the front desk and was told they could not do anything and i should either know on their door myself at 12.pm midnight, call the police and then she hung up."
