"Very disappointed with my stay. I booked a king corner suite well in advance for my son’s prom night and paid over $500. I called ahead and was approved for early check-in, and I arrived two hours before the standard 4 PM check-in. Even arriving that early, I was told the hotel had overbooked and was “upgrading” me to a standard room with two queen beds — a room that normally goes for under $200. If they were already overbooked at 2 PM, how many people were allowed to check in early ahead of...

"Dirty, filthy and unacceptable. Bathroom, towels, couch, broken door latch, the worst I have ever seen and I've traveled to 6 continents. We had to leave and go to another hotel because of how dirty the room was upon our arrival."

"The pillows were so flimsy, I basically got no sleep. The air vents were insanely loud when the AC ran which kept us up too. We had a handicap room, which should have been reserved for someone who was handicap. But the bathroom sink faucet was so close to the counter, water got all over the counter when we used it. It also stunk like weed on our entire floor. Which causes us to get headaches."

Here, the front desk person said just maximum 2 per room which made us disappointed. Also both the rooms A/C were loud. Rooms were also so far from the elevator."

"Front desk person did not provide any information and placed my reservation on a new Wyndham account instead of the account that I had a card for. Only one towel in the room for two guests and no bath mat. No breakfast as advertised. Homeless individuals in the stairwells."

"Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?"
