"The Fairmount at the airport is always the perfect place to relax before flying the next or when getting off a flight. The staff are friendly, helpful, attentive and well trained. The food is amazing and fresh. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious! The soaking tub is my favourite!"

"When signing in was informed of a huge damage deposit .This set off my spider sence and checked the room out both shears torn a silver dollar size burn in a curtain and a guarter size gauge in wall called desk to inform them and took pictures,took the pics down to show them desk seemed unaware ,showed pics then went to supper where the steak was tough paid with a american 100 dollar bill and given par to a canadian dollar 45 dollars in exchange .My mother taught us if you have nothing good to say ,say nothing just don't make the same mistake twice !"

"Host extremely polite, respectful, and responsive. Shower super high-end and enjoyable. Room extremely spacious, and common area comfortable and good ambience. 20 minute walk from nearest skytrain station, and 3 minute walk from regular bus stop- Vancouver public transit is great, and you can already travel anywhere you'd like with these 2 options. Things to be aware of: there is a quiet and docile ragdoll lurking around- beware for those with allergies but he is extremely friendly if you aren't too loud! Everything is basically a 5-star, only suggestion for improvement is the garbage cans could be the stepping ones for better hygiene (you need to manually open the lid which is a personal ick for me!). Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 8 AM, inc. no showering (for those who may be inconvenienced by this)- but everyone was extremely respectful of this timeframe. All in all, would 100% re-book here when I'm in Vancouver next."

"The property was amazing, beautiful room and decor. Can't rave enough about the stunning room and bath tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, close to the airport and outlet mall. We really enjoyed the warm outdoor pool and hot tub in the evening. The bed sheets were luxurious and soft. Only complaint, the pillows were terrible, way too thick. But that does not warrant reducing from a 5 star rating. Will definitely return next time we stay in Richmond."

"Good airport hotel on a budget. Airport shuttle was free and seamless, and the room and lobby had free coffee. Staff were professional, but some of them (especially the shuttle drivers) were super gruff and cold. Rooms definitely could have been cleaner, especially the bathrooms. The tiles had dirty grout, there were hairs on the ceiling (like, how??), and it had a weird smell. The bed was clean and comfy though, and the room was spacious with a fantastic mountain view. I'd stay here again, but only if the price was right."

"Breakfast menu was ok, hot food was beef meatballs, eggs, and waffles. Pool was great to have but deep for young children so make sure to bring a floating device if your child can’t swim. Pool was ice cold as well. Staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Overall great stay. "

"Friendly stuff, however, property is undergoing construction parking is difficult to find room is very tight with very limited storage smell of chemicals and noise of constant running fan, which cannot be turned off. It is not fair to charge customer these prices at the standard it needs to be downgraded somehow so people are aware of it. "
