"The hotel is conveniently located next to Mount Hospital where a family member was having an operation. Staff were very friendly and helpful and happily accommodated any requests. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and there were nice views of the city from our balcony. Restaurant had delicious food and coffee was very nice. Would definitely recommend "

"I requested twin beds twice – once online beforehand and again in person at check-in – but I was given a double bed.
The cleaning was shoddy, and dust and mold were noticeable.
Sometimes they wouldn't change the bed sheets.
I will absolutely not stay here again."

The staff at the front desk were all friendly and provided enough neighbouring information.
The location is about 10-15 minutes walk from the central but the free bus service are conveniently provided. The circumstances in the area is quiet and relaxing.

"I had a wonderful stay at the OBH. The staff are brilliant and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. You are right opposite Cotesloe beach which is stunning. Right next door it a cool and chilled out pub with great food. Around the corner is a laundramat if you are staying longer. Very accessible to Perth centre and Freo, or further afield if you rent a car..
I enjoyed it so much that I have already booked my flight and accommodation there for next year (Feb 2027).
