"This is a substandard property that should not even be listed on Expedia or part of a chain. You arrive at the motel and the lobby is locked. You are directed to use a 1 way glass like a gas station to check in. You hand your id and credit card through the window and wait for them to give back through the window. Property is dirty and has no amenities. Security is non existent and this place is in the scariest part of LA. Pictures on Expedia were likely taken 10 years ago and place has deteriorated substantially since. Does nobody follow up or check accuracy? This hands down the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Really sad that an owner would operate such a bad business."

"Was received right away from valet, the receptionist Ulysses was very nice friendly welcoming had everything ready to make a fast check in. The hotel itself is the most beautiful and cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Room was spacious comfortable very clean again. If we’re ever back in the area definitely coming back here"
